Bishop's Stortford

We were here for just six months during 1971.

A pleasant enough town, we lived in a little village called Little Hadham.  A charming place with friendly people but the village shop was almost a mile away and closed at lunchtime on Saturday until Monday morning, which was not funny when we had two small children, no car, and buses to Bishop's Stortford every two hours!
